Our cancellation policy follows standard UK and London removals industry practices:
- More than 14 days before move date: no charge
- 7–14 days before move date: 25% of the agreed cost
- 3–6 days before move date: 50% of the agreed cost
- Less than 72 hours before move date: 75% of the agreed cost
- Within 24 hours of move date: up to 100% of the estimated cost
If GS International Movers Ltd. were to cancel due to unforeseen operational reasons, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 14 days.
